1. For Miss Estrella Latina, contestants must be born male, at least 21 years of age and able to provide valid identification. If you do not have a government issued ID you will not be allowed to enter.

2. Judges will use the standard USofA comparative scoring system. Any ties will be broken by the contestant with the highest talent score.

3. Contestants will only be judged in the following categories:

     A. On Stage Question (20%)

     B Fashion - Evening Gown (20%)

     C. Fashion - Aztec (20%) 

     D. Talent (40%)

4. Talent presentations will be limited to seven (7) minutes. Prop setup and knock down time will be limited to 5 minutes total. Talent presentation will be limited at rehearsals. Presentations over 7 minutes will have administrative points deducted.

5. Any type of talent type is acceptable, except those which may cause injury to the audience or any other person (including yourself). NO GLITTER! NO FIRE OF ANY KIND! NO WATER OR LIQUIDS OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING PAINT)! NO CONFETTI (OR CONFETTI CANNONS)! May be used in any talent presentations. Talent presentations that include racial slurs, or excessively vulgar, obscene or insulting language should be avoided. The judges will consider the contents of the talent presentations when scoring them. Submission of media for talent must be emailed to the DJ. If you can not email them for any reason you must let the stage manager know so that you can work out an alternate way to submit it.

6. The use of, or dispensing of illegal drugs will not be tolerated. If you are found to have broken this rule throughout anytime that you are considered a contestant of this pageant you will be immediately disqualified.

7. Any contestant that is not in the appointed place at the appointed time will lose administrative points.

8. Any contestant, contestants, dancers, helpers, etc...who is caught in the act of stealing or tampering with another contestant's possessions will be immediately disqualified and removed from the premises.

9. Miss Estrella Latina will be required to sign a contract with Erotic Pageants before any prize money is paid or any prizes are recieved. Failure to sign the contract will mean forfeiture of the title. The contract is enclosed, please read it so that you are familiar with it.

10. Any contestant in the Top 3 (including Miss Congeniality) that does not stay on stage for the entire crowning and picture taking will forfeit their placement and prize money.

11. Any contestant that loses the preliminary and spreads rumors of the competition being fixed or anything of that nature will not be allowed to compete the following year.
